How to get ready for your mobile detail

By ZR Mobile Detailing · Kissimmee, FL · 3 min read

Mobile detailing is meant to be easy, and it mostly is: we bring everything. A few small things on your end make the appointment smoother and the result better.

1. Take out personal items

Empty the glove box, door pockets, console and trunk of anything valuable or important. We'll work around what's left, but an empty car means we can clean every surface.

2. Pick a good spot

A driveway, garage, carport or parking spot with room to open all the doors works best. Shade helps on hot days. If you live in an apartment, condo or HOA community, check that on-site detailing is allowed.

3. Tell us about problem areas

Pet hair, kid spills, a smell you can't find, a stain on the seat, a scratch you want looked at: mention it when you book. It helps us bring the right tools and give you an accurate price.

4. Leave us the keys (for interiors)

For interior work we need the car unlocked. You don't need to stay with us; many customers go about their day or work from home.

5. Plan for the weather

Florida afternoon storms move fast. Morning slots are often best in summer. If the forecast turns, we'll text you to reschedule exterior work at no charge.

At the end we walk around the car with you. If anything isn't right, we fix it on the spot. You pay once you're happy.
